About.

I believe we are born whole and connected, and that the experiences we have throughout life shape us — depending on the strengths and supports we are able to draw on in different moments.

My counselling practice takes a holistic approach that includes the body. I blend the teachings of Yoga and Mindfulness, Te Ao Māori, Imago Relationship Therapy (IRT), Polyvagal Theory, and Attachment Theory. My work is person-centred and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on what each client or couple is hoping to gain from our sessions.

I have a particular interest in practices that bring us closer to our bodies and the innate wisdom that resides within each of us — recognising that we are the experts in our own lives.

The idealist in me believes we can create magic when we are supported to align mind, body, and soul — taking responsibility for our health, our wealth, and our relationships.

In my own life, I endeavour to move gently, live slowly, and stay connected. I bring this same intention of presence and authenticity into the counselling space, walking alongside you as you explore what matters most.

“I am not fully healed. I am not fully wise. I am still on my way. What matters is that I am moving forward” – Yung Pueblo.
