I believe we are born whole, connected beings, and the experiences we have throughout life shape us based on the strengths and supports we are able to recruit in different situations.

Taking a holistic approach to counselling which includes the body, blending teachings of Yoga & Mindfulness, Te Ao Māori, Imago Relationship Therapy (IRT), Polyvagal, and Attachment theories, my practice is person—centered and trauma—informed with a focus on what it is that each client or couple want from sessions.

I have a particular interest in practices that bring us closer to our bodies and the innate wisdom that resides in each of us as the expert in our own lives.

The idealist in me believes we can create magic in our lives when we are supported to align mind, body and soul — taking responsibility for our health, our wealth and our relationships.

I endeavour to live a slower, gentler, more connected life.
