4 week Pregnancy Yoga

Join me for a brief Pregnancy Yoga series this winter.

A time to nourish and connect with the sacred vessel that is your body. I will guide you through pregnancy safe asana (shapes) with the aim of creating space and relaxation in your system. Along with yoga shapes and movements we will explore some pregnancy related meditation, pranayama and yoga nidra.

No prior yoga experience required.

If you have a favourite blanket or other yoga props feel free to bring them along. If you have any injuries or ailments I ask that you please let me know of these upon booking.

Limited numbers so please book early if you feel the call.

This short series will be held on Saturday afternoons, 3.30pm - location will be provided upon booking.
