About Carly: This is my jam. I enjoy offering this modality of creation, liberation and fun to our community.

It draws on my yoga and mental health trainings where my particular interest lies in embodiment and somatic therapies.

I have always been drawn to dance. As a child it was ballet. As a young adult I would often be the last one on the dance floor.

Intuitive movement / Free dance like this is my happy place and it's an honor to share it with you.
